Now, I can rationalize it by water loss etc, but I don't care...I'm happy.  Now, I had better not sink back into my normal habit of celebrating some success with falling off.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;I haven't had a chance to get to the gym, but the membership has been renewed. I learned about the TNT diet a little while ago, gave it a try and had some success with it, but life stresses took over...we all know the story.  So, now I am back up to some extremely unhealthy weight and am just plain sick of it.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;While I was on the Men's Health website (where I get basic info on the TNT diet) I stumbled across the forums there which have this 52 day challenge.  Many would create blogs to keep track of their accomplishments and keep each other motivated.  So, I decided to do the same.  So keep in touch and please offer support.
