Well, it's been a week and I've had some great progress. Now, I can rationalize it by water loss etc, but I don't care...I'm happy. Now, I had better not sink back into my normal habit of celebrating some success with falling off.
I haven't had a chance to get to the gym, but the membership has been renewed. Wednesday.
So, starting week 2: 275.4

First Post
Well...to all who may venture onto this little page, here is a bit about this journey. I learned about the TNT diet a little while ago, gave it a try and had some success with it, but life stresses took over...we all know the story. So, now I am back up to some extremely unhealthy weight and am just plain sick of it.
While I was on the Men's Health website (where I get basic info on the TNT diet) I stumbled across the forums there which have this 52 day challenge. Many would create blogs to keep track of their accomplishments and keep each other motivated. So, I decided to do the same. So keep in touch and please offer support. It is always appreciated.
Day 1: 283.4 lbs
Schedule:
Sunday: 30min walk/run
Monday: Gym - 60min cardio/15+ min weights
Tuesday: Rest
Wednesday: Gym - 60min cardio/15+min weights
Thursday: Rest
Friday: Gym - 60min cardio/15+min weights
Saturday: Rest
I also do Yoga and belly dance, which I might substitute in there.
